Departure Services

We take care of all aspects of the departure and the move, including all the formalities involved:

 

  • Support and guidance in terminating the lease agreement
  • Negotiations with the landlord
  • Coordination and management of the move
  • Deregistration with the local authorities
  • Deregistration of electricity, gas, telephone, TV/Radio
  • Termination of memberships, insurances and any other contracts
  • Exit inspection and written record of move-out
  • Review of invoices and final invoices from service providers
  • Organization of renovation and/or cosmetic repairs
    contracts
  • Deadline management, monitoring of the work and final inspection
