LM monthly support service will aide in taking the common "helpless" feeling away in unfamiliar territory, assisting the expat family to become more reassured and empowered to be making more assertive decisions.
- 24 Hour service emergency support hotline
- Information request support via email and-or SMS (texting) with 24 - 36 hour response
- Weekly consultation for review of German correspondence and personal support and advice
- Ongoing communication via email broadcasts and quarterly LM newsletter with helpful living experience related data and new service offerings, as well as cultural advice
- Access to LM Expat Website consisting of bookmark tools and recommendations, helpful for day to day living
Our monthly service contract is established after a private family consultation profile is completed.
